Happy 4th! Are you going to Red White and Boom?

I grew up in Gahanna, OH and I miss the fireworks so much. We tried to go every year during my childhood.

I found your site somehow through Bluhm Studios blog!

I was at the Bexley Parade in 2003 when I was doing the show with the Bexley kids. The director scheduled rehearsal that day, but he let us break for the parade. So, I walked around with 2 of my kids (and of course we saw the others along the way.) But, it was great! All of my kids had their own traditions, too... 2 of them, rode their bikes following the parade, a couple had some part in it...and quite a few just wandered from house to house stopping on their lawns to chit chat and eat! Everyone in the community was so nice and hospitable. I had never been to anything like it. It was so much fun!!

I know you will have a blast this year!

I miss America on the 4th.

*sigh*

The British don't really celebrate. ;)

Thanks for your sweet comments!
I wanted to tell you that the soccer necklaces are sold out. They were made only for the duration of the World Cup.

Have a great weekend!
