one of my motivational tips...I get some of my best work done in my bathrobe and slippers. Seriously, do what needs to be done while wearing these articles and see what happens !!!
{and if you draw my name, give it to Janie...she REALLY wants it}

Motivational Tip: Clean whatever is in the kitchen sink, light a good scented candle, turn on some good tunes...and then you will be motivated.....

these are great, kim! well, since you've got some deadlines approaching (Artfest trades and easter swap)that could be your motivation. start by working on them and let them lead you into new ideas! good luck! (or come visit me and we'll do some projects together. i'll definitely motivate you!)

My tip? I always take a walk in the winter when it is COLD to clear the cobwebs out of my mind! It helps me think clearly,gets my blood and thoughts moving and wakes me up more than any coffee could possibly do. Then I go back to my comfy workroom and start to work with a clear mind.

Not that it seems like you need motivation to me!

I think my hint to get you started would be "collage". It always seems to give me ideas as I cut, paste,paint and just let it sort of create itself!

Good luck:)

Wow! Those are some gorgeous pieces Kim! Um...ideas for motivation. Put together a couple of supplies that might go together on a table with a glass of red wine, and a few pieces of chocolate, and some mood music!!! Throw in a sketchbook and a pencil for ideas that just come rushing through your head.
