is this the most sweetest cup of coffee you have ever seen? i got this for someone as a special artfest trade and of course i got myself one, lol...

she likes coffee just as much as me!!

todays the day~

well it finally arrived, i cannot say i am that happy because next year

it really is the BIG day!

but it is what it is, right? so i am going to enjoy the day and have a nice

italian dinner with my family and of course some yummy red velvet cake

to cap the evening off!!

i do not know how i came upon this amazing artists site but i am so happy i did...

dont walk, just run to her site....i have always been amazed at the beauty that can be created with polymer clay, something which i really know nothing about.....i poured over lynns blog taking time to look at each piece she created and then one day she posted a piece on her etsy that had my name on it.....it arrived in this beautiful box made by lynn where she will reside..

wait it gets better..inside the box is this amazing soft piece of handmade fabric

holding a precious cargo inside.. look at this piece, it is so so beautiful like a buried treasure that someone

found on a dig...lynns attention to detail and the way she patinas her pieces to look aged and forgotten, it blows my mind..i just keep looking at it and holding her in my hand..

i am truly amazed by her work and hope some day she teaches so i can be amazed in person..

i do know she is in one of my 3classes at this coming artfest..

i cannot wait to hug her and probably will cry too..lol

monday update~

did a little shopping over at nordstroms and picked up this pair of felted keens,

i love clogs/mules and these were a steal! monday night lovefest with the big man..

but did try this new pizza place called mellow mushroom and it was hideous

what a waste of my calories, ugh!!

its this month~

well another year has come round again to the month of march...

the month that i was born in...so in celebration of the blessed event, lol!

i will observe my birthday all month long like i do every year..thats right everyday is my birthday in march...

and if i want cake everyday, darn it i will, yummy..
